Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Planning Specialist 4 to serve as the Environmental Workforce Development Lead in Olympia, WA. The top candidate will serve as a statewide Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) while leading the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Environmental Workforce Development (EWD) policies, procedures, and communication. The position also leads EWD implementation of efforts for the Environmental Services Office (ESO) staff responsible for workforce development and statewide training efforts.
