Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer opportunity include:

- Professional Engineer (PE) in TX required
- Must have residential and commercial land development experience
- Proficiency in Civil 3D
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Engineering department
- Develop and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency
- Create and review Commercial Site Civil Plans (Dimension, Grading, Utilities, Specifications, Etc.), Municipal Improvement Plans (Paving, Stormwater, Water and Sewer), Cut/Fill Optimization, Traffic control plans, Drainage Studies, Traffic Studies

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
