Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plant Manager opportunity include:

- B.S. in Business Management or related field
- Must have previous experience as a Plant Manager; pushing the agenda, implementing strategies, tracking production, etc.
- Lumber industry experience or working within a manufacturing environment with a lot of automation is a plus
- Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- Intricate understanding of complex automated machines
- Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
- Experience working around numerous machines, forklifts, etc.
- Will be responsible for overseeing 7 large production lines

Salary: $80,000 - $ 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
