Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Director opportunity include:

- Must be a NYC DOB Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI)
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) in New York required
- Must have exterior restoration and masonry knowledge
- Knowledge of Local Law 11
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, AutoCAD a plus
- Should be comfortable going up and down on scaffolding
- Please note that this is a remote position

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
