Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Mechanical Engineer opportunity include:

- 10+ years of HVAC and Plumbing design experience
- Bachelor Science Mechanical Engineering Degree - Focus on HVAC and Plumbing Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) required
- LEED AP preferred
- Proficiency in ASHRAE standards 90.1, 62.1, and 55
- Skilled in BIM and Revit/AutoCAD, with a focus on sustainable design
- Preferred experience in Design Build, alternative delivery practices, and Government/DOD projects
- Collaborate with clients and architects to understand project requirements and conduct site surveys to assess existing conditions
- Design HVAC and plumbing systems, select equipment, create construction drawings, and supervise installation and testing processes

Salary: $135,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
