Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Project Manager opportunity include:

- Must have experience in mechanical construction, including HVAC, piping, chillers, and boilers
- Experience using construction management software is a plus
- Initiate projects by collaborating with customers, leveraging knowledge of project scope, and creating in-house preliminary schedules
- Facilitate project coordination through meeting participation, documentation issuance, and evaluation of changes against contract drawings
- Coordinate, plan, and oversee work schedules for pipefitters, sheet metal workers, and controls technicians
- Monitor and manage monthly costs for team members, ensuring adherence to project budgets
- Supervise subcontractor costs and schedules, oversee material and equipment procurement, and ensure compliance with legal codes and safety guidelines for timely and budgeted project completion

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
