Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Estimator opportunity include:

- Must have experience with mechanical systems construction estimating, including HVAC, piping, chillers, and boilers
- Experience using construction estimating software is a plus, particularly QuoteSoft
- Prepare and submit bids for HVAC construction projects
- Negotiate contracts on successful bids
- Prepare budgets, buyouts, and schedules for the construction project team
- Scope of work includes piping ductwork, controls, equipment procurement and installation
- Work with the Project Manager and the construction team during preconstruction for a successful handoff of the project

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
