Qualifications for this Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer opportunity include:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial and Residential HVAC design in NYC
- Must be familiar with NYC Building Codes and Energy Conservation Codes
- Proficiency with AutoCAD is required, Revit and Bluebeam are a plus
- Familiarity with electrical plans is preferred
- DEP (Department of Environmental Protection) site and cross-connection experience is preferred

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
