Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 8+ years of experience in healthcare construction (hospitals, medical offices, surgical centers, etc.) required
- Knowledge of Procore and/or MS Project
- AHCA (Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration) knowledge is a plus
- In-depth understanding of the full construction process. Including a strong understanding of construction laws and regulations
- Lead and oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings, ensuring projects stay within budgetary constraints
- Select, manage, and coordinate subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, resolve conflicts, document changes, and oversee project adjustments as necessary to meet schedule and client satisfaction requirements

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
