Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent opportunity include:

- 8+ years of experience in healthcare construction (hospitals, surgery centers, dental offices, etc.)
- AHCA (Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration) knowledge is highly preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Procore and/or MS Project
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting and safety regulations
- Provide strong leadership and direction to on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering collaboration for efficient work
- Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and industry standards, overseeing project timelines and reporting progress to upper management
- Implement and maintain a safe work environment by complying with OSHA regulations and managing project budget and resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues, while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations in all construction activities

Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
