Qualifications and responsibilities for this Preconstruction Project Coordinator opportunity include:

- Construction process knowledge & understanding
- Must be able to demonstrate some level of construction interest, skill, understanding or proficiency
- Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Training on Foundation, JIRA, CAD, Visio, Project & Procore will be provided
- Assist in preparing project estimates, proposals, and budgets
- Work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather crucial project information
- Organize and maintain project documents, including plans, specifications, and reports
- Conduct research to support project plan development, evaluate scope changes, and coordinate communication among project team members

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
