Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Project Architect opportunity:

- Degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of experience in planning, design, production and construction administration
- California Licensed Architect preferred
- Must have project management experience
- DoD and design-build experience a plus
- BIM/Revit experience required
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and client communications, ensuring effective management and coordination
- Lead and manage the design team, handling tasks such as specification writing, research on building codes, project planning, site visits, and resolution of technical and design challenges
- Projects include military/government and higher education

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
