Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect opportunity:

- Architectural degree from an accredited university
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Architect in production and coordination of documents in all phases of architectural practice and in management
- Must be a Registered Architect in California; NCARB is a plus
- Must have industrial experience
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering a major project or projects through all phases of development
- Give direction to assigned staff, establish and maintain budgets, schedules, and monitor adherence of terms of contract expectations
- Primary responsibility for client contacts and authority to direct, control, and monitor all project activities

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
