Qualifications and responsibilities for this Registered Architect opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- 8+ years of architectural experience with new build and renovation projects; higher education experience is a plus
- Must have a valid Architectural License in Missouri
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Revit, V-Ray, or Lumion animation software, SketchUp or Rhino modeling software, and MIRO presentation tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders, develop design concepts, and align with university vision
- Manage projects from conception to completion, oversee budgets and timelines
- Create detailed architectural documentation using software, maintain accurate records
- Ensure designs meet codes, review safety compliance, and provide recommendations

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
