Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar is preferred
- 8+ years of industrial/manufacturing engineering experience
- Background in automotive OEM manufacturing would be ideal
- Must be proficient in 2D AutoCAD. MODAPTS is preferred
- Previous experience using MTM (Methods Time Management) or equivalent system
- Must have experience in a high volume, high complexity environment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices
- Design and optimize material handling processes, including 2D AutoCAD layouts, to enhance storage space efficiency and meet workstation requirements
- Manage the development of material storage area layouts, conduct data analysis, and ensure successful implementation while overseeing facility requirements for optimal plant support
- Must be willing to travel to plants throughout North America

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
