Qualifications and responsibilities for this Head of Property Management opportunity include:

- 5-10 years of property management experience
- Must have a background in the management of residential properties
- Familiarity with "voucher programs" such as Section 8 and CDC is a plus
- Proficiency in a property management or project management software with the ability to assist with implementing the program internally
- Help build practices and policies to ensure the department runs as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Resolve tenant issues, tenant outreach regarding rent and utility payments, working with brokers to facilitate showings, and provide an easy rental process, ensure house rules are adhered to, schedule inspections and maintenance, as required

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a 15% bonus.
