We are seeking a Chemical Engineer with strong chemical process engineering experience to join our team in Dover, Ohio as a Production Engineer! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering is required
- 7+ years of experience working in the Chemical industry or related petrochemical industry
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, chemical process engineering, and process automation
- Experience working in a PSM site is preferred
- Experience in process automation and DCS (Distributed Control Systems)
- Knowledge of Federal / State EPA and OSHA standards, especially vital practices such as LOTO, CSE, etc.
- Experience working in both batch and continuous operations
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis is a plus
- Will be the primary engineer for product manufacturing, ensuring quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
