Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelors in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in chemical or petrochemical industry
- Experience in designing, implementing, and sustaining significant operations and changes
- Knowledge and experience working in environments utilizing Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and/or Lean Management techniques while fostering a strong on-going commitment to EH&S
- Knowledge of Federal / State EPA and OSHA compliance requirements
- Knowledge of project management and finance/accounting principles and practices
- Must have experience with MS Office Suite. ERP knowledge and experience is a plus
- Ability to positively interact with all levels of an organization, from the shop floor operators and mechanics, to managers, engineers, customer service, business staff, and executive leadership; to collectively drive policies, projects, culture change, etc. to achieve business/site goals and objectives
- Responsible for all operations within the facility, effectively managing the manufacturing budget, assets, manufacturing headcount, inventory, production output, and employees

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
