Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Surveyor opportunity include:

- Must be a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Washington State
- 7+ years of field/office surveying experience in land development and construction projects
- Land development project experience specific to the Puget Sound region
- Experience with boundary, topographic, construction stake-out, ALTA, control networks, GPS (R.T.K. and Static), route/corridor, residential/subdivision, and public land survey system (preferred)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be experienced in computing and staking of complicated construction projects including slope staking, bridge and highway construction, large utility projects, heavy construction, and public works
- Familiarity with Leica Robotic Total Stations and GPS equipment
- Draft survey documents, manage timelines and interfaces with clients, contractors, and field/office personnel

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
