Qualifications and responsibilities for this New Product Development Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering: ME or EE preferred
- 10+ years of design/development experience for medical devices and/or other high reliability products
- Knowledge of emerging trends and the ability to influence best practices
- Proficiency in SolidWorks
- Lead and educate personnel on the processes of new product Development to assure compliance to ISO standards and customer expectation
- Design and develop motors and motor controllers, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, from concept to market release
- Create and implement fixturing and tooling for motor and motor controller production, conducting feasibility and risk assessments for proposed designs
- Lead the Engineering team in utilizing tools for New Product Development, including design plan development, specification development, DFMEA, PFMEA, verification, validation, and design reviews

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
