Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 3+ years of experience in large-scale commercial construction, preferably as a Construction Project Manager or Site Supervisor with a general contractor
- Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, purchasing, and engineering principles
- Ability to professionally resolve or escalate issues with clients, trade partners, and third parties
- Proficiency in construction management and office productivity software
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Oversee end-to-end management and coordination of construction projects, ensuring successful collaboration with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members
- Efficiently allocate and organize resources, including personnel, materials, equipment, and time, to meet budgetary constraints, tight deadlines, and project objectives
- Develop and maintain production schedules, optimize construction activity sequencing for subcontractor efficiency, adhere to safety regulations and building codes, and provide regular project updates to the team

Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
