Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Manager opportunity include:

- 5-10 years of land development and civil design experience
- BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Licensed P.E. in state of PA (or ability to acquire PA license within one year of hire)
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
- Experience in stormwater design and permitting, sewage planning, subdivision and land development processes, Erosion and Sediment Control approvals, NPDES Permitting
- Oversee Land Development and Civil Design projects, including managing clients, directing staff for project design and permitting, and coordinating with reviewing agencies and subconsultants
- Manage client contracts, proposals, and billing, demonstrating proficiency in project management across disciplines

Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
