Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Land Surveying opportunity include:

- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in state of PA (or ability to acquire PA license within one year of hire)
- 6-10 years of land surveying experience in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Land Development Markets
- BS in Land Surveying or equivalent a plus
- Qualified in CAD work and preparation of drawings for survey related projects
- Experience in Boundary and Topographical Survey, ALTA Surveys, preparation of Legal Descriptions, Setting of Site Monumentation
- Site, highway/heavy civil construction, buildings, bridges, and airport construction, utility location and layout experience
- Oversee survey department, including financial management, project coordination, and client relations, with support from the Associate Director
- Manage survey field crews, personnel requirements, client contracts, proposals, billing, and coordinate with Engineering Staff for collaborative support on Engineering Projects

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
