Qualifications and responsibilities for this Chief Estimator opportunity include:

- 3-5 years of commercial landscape and site construction estimating experience
- Proficiency with take-off software
- Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Provide accurate take-offs and estimate materials and labor for commercial projects
- Form strong relationships with estimators, architects, project managers, procurement managers, and owners
- Commit to deadlines and deliver accurate estimates, managing and responding to RFI's and submittals during the job acquisition process
- Attend on-site pre-bid proposals and job site meetings, and effectively manage current and new relationships

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
