We are currently seeking a motivated and talented sales Engineer (Presales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, conducting security checks, assisting with presales activities, and providing after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales team with technical expertise and product knowledge
• Conduct security checks and audits
• Assist with presales activities and provide after-sales support
• Work with the team to develop and draft proposals, with a specific focus on federal proposals
• Create and provide POC support for clients
• Manage customer relationships using CRM
• Utilize API and Webhooks to integrate various software solutions

Skills and qualifications:

• Proficiency in JavaScript is required
• Fluent in both Japanese and English ( business level)
• Experience with CRM, APIs, and Webhooks
• Excellent communication and proposal-drafting skills
• Experience in sales support, presales, and after-sales support
