Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Field Sales Manager to oversee and drive our sales operations in the SMB, GB, and Enterprise segments. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading our sales team to achieve sales targets, and maintaining key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

• Significant background in sales of SaaS or enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in expanding sales to a new customer base.
• Versatility in both field sales and inside sales
• Previous employment at a startup or venture company

Skills and qualifications:

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales
• Strong business leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
• Understanding of customer acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lifetime value (LTV) metrics
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
