Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or a related field
- 3-5 years of landscape architecture experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign). LandFX is a plus
- Registered Landscape Architect preferred
- Master-planned community experience is ideal
- Work closely with multiple departments to create land use plans, due diligence packages, and project materials for development
- Aid in creating zoning graphics, conduct zoning analysis, and prepare submissions for regulatory approvals
- Produce various design stages, from conceptual to final construction documents, utilizing diverse design software
- Review project plans for compliance with municipal codes and zoning regulations, ensuring alignment with planning documents
- Attend client meetings, offer professional insights, and assist in conveying project ideas effectively. Additionally, participate in client presentations and provide support to meet project goals

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus profit sharing bonus opportunities.
