We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our design firm in the DFW area! With a robust portfolio spanning shopping centers, car washes, dealerships, churches, freight centers, and more, you'll be part of a 22-year legacy backed by a talented team of 15 individuals. In this role, you will be responsible for all business development for our firm. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Business Development Executive opportunity include:

- Must have previous sales experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and Photoshop is a plus
- Writing, editing, and sending proposals
- Editing standard AIA agreements
- Increasing overall sales growth with assigned goals
- Expanding our non-car wash commercial project portfolio
- Managing marketing initiatives, including social media, trade shows, lead generation, networking, and website updates

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commissions and bonus potential.
