Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Surveyor opportunity include:

- Associates or bachelor's degree in Survey Engineering from an ABET-accredited curriculum
- 5+ years of land surveying experience, 2+ years in project management
- PLS or LSIT licensure is preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficient in building and manipulating surfaces related to topographic and existing condition surveys
- Plan fieldwork, adhering to mapping and boundary procedures
- Execute work plans for smaller projects and specific phases of larger projects
- Manage and provide technical guidance to field crews and office personnel, addressing surveying needs for larger projects
- Monitor financial budgets and schedules for field and office tasks
- Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures, actively participate in mentoring, and perform tasks like equipment maintenance and deed research
- Projects include renewable energy, solar farm work, utility, and natural gas

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
