Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator opportunity include:

- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction, or Accounting
- 3+ years of construction estimating experience
- Experience in a design/build firm is strongly preferred
- Experience with residential landscape construction preferred
- Familiarity of landscape installation, plants, site work and building materials
- Ability to read blueprints, quotes, and understanding of construction specifications
- Familiar with BOSS, Buildertrend, and Google Suite
- Collaborate and communicate with project stakeholders to clarify construction drawings and collect quotes
- Analyze cost estimates, resolve discrepancies, and conduct risk assessments to ensure accurate project budgeting
- Oversee project expenses and perform onsite tasks such as inventories and measurements to align with forecasted plans

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
