Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect opportunity include:

- Professional Degree in Architecture
- 6 - 8 years of architectural experience
- Must be a Registered Architect
- Experience using Deltek Vision and Unanet
- Proficiency with Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with building codes, zoning regulations, specifications, building and engineering systems
- LEED, WELL, LFA accreditation and a commitment to sustainability
- Lead project design and development from concept to construction, ensuring budget adherence and client requirements
- Manage client interactions, craft contracts, set budgets, and oversee external consultant coordination
- Deliver projects on time, meet financial and design goals, and provide mentorship to junior staff

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
