Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager opportunity include:

- Professional Degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of experience leading projects through all phases of design, including construction administration
- Must be a Registered Architect
- Experience using Deltek Vision and Unanet
- Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems
- LEED, WELL, LFA accreditation and a commitment to sustainability
- Lead and oversee project development from concept to construction for multiple projects, ensuring adherence to budget and client requirements
- Manage and guide the design and production of complex projects, including contract management, budgeting, invoice approval, and coordination with external consultants
- Take responsibility for project delivery, client interactions, and mentorship of design and architectural staff, while ensuring on-time completion and design excellence

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
