Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Project Manager opportunity include:

- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in in custom, high-end millwork
- Must have at least 2+ years of project management experience in the construction field
- Commercial experience is ideal - hotels, corporate interiors, high-end restaurants, retail, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring they meet financial goals and the needs of all stakeholders
- Effectively manage project scope, timelines, and finances, including internal and external resource allocation
- Handle change orders and contract execution, fostering effective communication with customers and subcontractors

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
