As an Engineer, WR, you'll be part of a group of dedicated professionals working together to support programs and partners across the region. We thrive in a technically focused hydrology and hydraulics environment, continuously honing our engineering skills, and making a real difference in the areas we serve. If successful, you'll play a key role in assisting in engineering analyses related to flood control, floodplain mapping, watershed restoration, and water supply.
Responsibilities will include conducting fieldwork and topographic surveys using a total station and other GPS equipment, developing and using numeric computer models, and developing technical reports and analysis. The incumbent must be able to travel on short notice and stay overnight, for several consecutive days, at field locations.
