We are looking for a Test Supervisor MIC, you will oversee the MIC Department's testing operations. Your key responsibilities include leading a team of technicians, optimizing testing processes for efficiency and quality, managing equipment maintenance, and addressing troubleshooting needs to ensure seamless operations.

What you’ll do:

Supervisory and Leadership Responsibilities:

· Efficiently manage personnel and material resources, including conducting performance reviews, setting schedules, reviewing timesheets, and authorizing overtime as needed.

· Participate actively in recruitment and team development by training technicians and guiding engineers.

· Lead the team to align with company values and objectives.

Production Responsibilities:

· Assign tasks to the test group.

· Report and troubleshoot issues.

· Diagnose RMAs, identify root causes of failures, and oversee corrective actions.

· Provide technical support to MIC Department assemblers when required.

· Collaborate with the Engineering Department to transition prototypes into production-ready designs.

· Assist the Sales Department with MIC Department-related product quotations and customer inquiries.

Administrative Responsibilities:

· Procure necessary tools and test equipment.

· Monitor and oversee the calibration of lab equipment.

· Maintain MIC Department design and test databases, as well as the AutoCAD parts library database.

· Develop new work instructions, procedures, travelers, and test data sheets.

General Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

· Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, thus requiring "US Person" status as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

· Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.

· 4 years of relevant industry testing experience.

· Proficiency in RF testing equipment, including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, noise figure meters, noise signal analyzers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and pulse function generators.

· Advanced knowledge of amplifiers, multipliers, transceivers, PLOs, detectors, and passive components such as couplers, terminators, and isolators.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Experience with and knowledge of MIC/RF/MWP products, along with a full understanding of MIC processes and equipment.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods in a clean room.

· Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.

· Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 30 pounds.

· Occasional ascending/descending of ladders.

· Positioning, arranging, or moving items at various heights, including ground level.
