Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred
- 4 - 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the electrical industry, overseeing medium to large-scale electrical projects
- Multifamily construction or big box projects
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Collaborate with Estimating and Purchasing teams to ensure accurate project scoping, timely material procurement, and cost control measures
 Manage subcontractors, coordinate with design for preconstruction shop drawings, and review project specifications and drawings
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with General Contractor requirements, and monitor project milestones, addressing delays or issues
- Conduct regular project meetings, maintain cost tracking, and coordinate with senior staff for resource allocation as needed

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
