Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Estimator opportunity include:

- 7+ years of proven experience as a plumbing estimator in commercial and high-end residential construction is required
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing systems in commercial and residential construction projects, considering materials, labor, and equipment
- Review project documents to identify cost optimization opportunities and maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships for competitive quotes
- Analyze and evaluate quotations, propose cost-effective alternatives, and assist in contract negotiations
- Provide ongoing project support, including budget tracking, change order evaluation, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including PTO and a 401k with 3% match.
