We are seeking a highly motivated Architectural Project Coordinator to join a growing team in the DFW area. This boutique design firm specializes in a variety of niche commercial, retail, and industrial projects. In this role, you would act as the go-to person to coordinate between Project Managers and Drafters on the entire architectural process. With an emphasis on excellence, communication, and innovation, they are looking for a team player to join their team right away!

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Coordinator opportunity include:

- 10+ years of experience in schematic design, construction documentation, and detailing
- Ability to coordinate and act as middle man between project managers and drafters
- Must be proficient in Revit; AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion are a plus
- Background in commercial and/or retail projects are ideal, would consider residential
- Will be working on projects from schematic design through construction documentation and permitting
- Projects include shopping centers, car washes, dealerships, churches, freight centers/warehouses, etc.

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunities.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 3 weeks PTO and paid holidays, 401k with 4% match, and a health insurance stipend.
