Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of heavy highway or airport experience for projects in excess of $20 million
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Project, Viewpoint and HCSS HeavyJob
- Working knowledge of estimating and scheduling software
- Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to oversee heavy/highway construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety and contract requirements, client expectations, and profitability forecasts
- Evaluate contracts and deliverables, then effectively communicate, delegate, and document responsibilities to team members, subcontractors, and consultants
- Efficiently plan, execute, monitor, coordinate, control, and close projects by scheduling and deploying resources effectively, maintaining a focus on project success and client satisfaction

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
