Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Superintendent opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience as a Plumber with 3+ years in a supervisory role 
- Journeyman Plumber license required (Master Plumber preferred)
- Must have commercial plumbing experience
- Ability to read construction plans and produce take-offs for projects
- OSHA 30 certification
- Supervise field crews on multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with GC superintendents and project managers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and resolving issues promptly
- Manage project schedules, understand scope of work, handle RFI's, approve extra work, and conduct weekly toolbox safety meetings to meet deadlines
- Generate as-builts upon project completion and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders

Salary: $50,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
