Qualifications and responsibilities for this Design Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect in California required
- 20+ years of experience in CAD/REVIT construction documentation, project delivery, or a related field in the design-build industry; 5+ years of experience in managing commercial design projects and teams, with a focus on overseeing multiple projects worth at least $50 million and spanning a minimum of 60,000 sq. ft.
- Experience with SHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development) and project management experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp required. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign preferred
- LEED GA credential is required. LEED AP/AP+ credential is preferred

Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
