Qualifications and responsibilities for this Customer Service Manager opportunity include:

- Must have previous customer service experience
- CRM software experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- SCADA and Distribution Automation experience/knowledge
- Electronics and PCB knowledge/experience
- Knowledge of power concepts (Single Phase, 3-Phase, Volts, VARS, etc.) and Client-Server architecture
- Understanding of protocols, networking hardware/software, and communication technologies, including databases (e.g., Access, Oracle, SQL, OPC)
- Adherence to ISO 9001:2015 procedures and standards is required
- Staff management, setting priorities, interviewing, and performance evaluations
- Handling incoming calls, RMA assignments, contract cost estimation, warranty issues, technical inquiries, and reporting
- Managing startup/training services and commercial arrangements in coordination with customers


Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
