Qualifications and responsibilities for this VDC Designer opportunity include:

- 1+ years of experience as Designer or Drafter
- Proficiency in Revit, experience with Navisworks or BIM360 is a plus
- A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Computer Aided Design, Architecture, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Ability to perform or coordinate basic clash detection functions
- Develop and enhance discipline-specific expertise in fields like mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, or architectural
- Collaborate with internal project teams to contribute to project creation, maintenance, and overall project health
- Interact with external stakeholders, including Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, and trade Contractors on a variety of projects
- Work closely with Construction Managers and VDC Leads on a project-by-project basis
- Assist the project team in the technical delivery of projects, including model coordination and ensuring minimal rework, while also maintaining proficiency in necessary software platforms

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
