Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Lathe Programmer opportunity include:

- 10+ years of CNC machining experience and 5+ years of programming experience
- GD&T knowledge, CAD/CAM software familiarity, G Code proficiency, and ability to optimize feeds and speeds
- Ability to operate and maintain up to 2 machines with a 70% uptime, including deburring for quality assurance
- Experience working with AM parts and Lathe setup Y-axis live tooling
- Collaborate with tooling suppliers for optimal tool selection and procurement
- Streamline part production by transitioning from FAI to production efficiently
- Optimize machine operations to minimize time per part and increase cycle yield

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
