Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Environmental Services Office is seeking a Fish Passage Delivery Engineer (TE4) in Olympia, WA. This position reports to the Fish Passage Delivery Strategy Lead and is responsible for supporting the delivery of WSDOT fish passage projects. Supporting the highly technical and complex Fish Passage Barrier Correction Program requires this position to interface with project engineers and technical specialists to support the successful delivery (identification, scoping, design, and construction) of the program. The Fish Passage Barrier Correction Program represents a program of major size, scope, and impact, and is directed at complying with the March 2013 US District Court Permanent Injunction regarding Culvert Correction. The most successful candidate will have a highly collaborative work management style and the ability to identify partnerships and present the technical needs of our program to diverse audiences.
