Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect opportunity include:

- 8+ years of experience in commercial architectural projects
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office software
- Experience in design and construction of projects >$1M
- Meet with clients to determine project scope and requirements
- Ensure compliance with client objectives, budgets, and codes through coordination with the design team
- Manage project teams, maintain schedules and budgets, and liaise with clients and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with contractor during construction phases of projects, conduct site visits, process submittals and RFIs during construction
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and coordinate with consultant team to produce a complete set of construction documents including written specifications for bidding and construction

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
