Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Estimator opportunity include:

- 10+ years of plumbing experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role within the industry
- Must have commercial plumbing estimating experience
- Familiar with plumbing industry standards and codes
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Manage submittals and approvals, ensuring timely communication with suppliers and subcontractors
- Organize and oversee document filing systems, including estimates and contract files
- Assist in maintaining positive subcontractor relations and coordinate field-office activities
- Prepare change proposals, change orders, and extension requests as per contract requirements
- Monitor project progress, costs, and invoicing, and maintain necessary certifications
- Projects include commercial new build and some remodels

Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
