Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Business Development opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar
- 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing and distillation industry and/or design of chemical plants
- Strong business acumen and connections within the distillation industry
- Experience in the operation of various distillation methods, preferably vacuum, short-path or molecular distillation preferred
- Knowledge of process control methodology, including experience with PLC, and an understanding of mathematical concepts such as statistics, failure rates, extrapolation, and interpolation preferred
- Facilitate product development by communicating requirements to the R&D team, while also cultivating and overseeing strategic partnerships to drive business growth

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
