This role:
  • Hybrid work schedule.  We are looking for a mid-senior level Project Manager to be at the helm of intricate projects that require resourcefulness and deep integration. You will oversee projects throughout their life cycle, from start to finish, ensuring all aspects align with the project's scope and customer’s objectives. 
  • Coordinate activities of cross-functional teams, understand their roles, and optimize their contributions
  • Engaging project team members to delegate responsibilities and secure necessary resources
  • Crafting meticulous schedules to ensure timely project completion and take ownership from concept to implementation
  • Collaborate with end users, vendors, and distributors, ensuring quality standards and final deliverables
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including management and customers
  • Demonstrate proficiency in financial workbooks and Excel formulas to provide a view of project financials, enabling effective budget management, cost control, and decision-making 
  • Navigate ERP system (Epicor) to extract essential project data for informed decision-making

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, technical discipline, or equivalent experience with design and execution on complex custom manufacturing projects, PMP a plus
  • 7-10 years of project management experience in high-tech or capital equipment design, manufacturing, and installation
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, scopes of work, personnel, scheduling, and material resources
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Project, and ERP’s
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and assertiveness skills for effective influence management
  • Strong presentation development skills, with an ability to produce high-quality deliverables on all aspects of the project created through collaborations and presentations
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 17025 quality standards preferred
  • Experience supervising technical professionals in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% domestic and international
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities and ITAR regulations, sponsorship is not available
