  • Turn complex ideas into functional practical solutions 
  • Design and develop custom manufacturing solutions, assembly systems, dynamic test equipment, machinery, AGVs, and other tailored solutions for manufacturing leaders
  • Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and project managers, bringing ideas to life to meet unique customer needs
  • Participate in team and customer meetings to identify project requirements, specifications, timelines, and expectations
  • Apply engineering principles and data to design decisions, ensuring accuracy and innovation
  • Specify mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment requirements
  • Collaborate with our mechanical build team during system construction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven expertise in SolidWorks and SolidWorks FEA with multiple years of practical experience
  • Experience designing custom automation machinery or heavy equipment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
  • Strong proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to excel both independently and within a team, including customer and vendor interactions
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% based on project and customer requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship for an employment visa under ITAR regulations
